Over charging for unnecessary work

Chery Northcliff over charges for work that is not even necessary. I was having trouble with my car starting intermittently. They did not even look at my car, they just said it's definitely the battery - wanted to charge R4000 for a battery. I rather took my car to battery centre, where they tested the battery and it was 100% fine. Bosch service centre then said they would look at my key as this could be the problem - turned out there was an issue with the key which Bosch service centre fixed.

At the same time, Chery wanted to charge R800 to fix my break lights. Bosch service centre fixed them at no cost at all, all I had to do was provide the globes.

Highly disappointed in Chery!!
