My daughter took her car in for a service on the 7th of April, and according to the workshop, everything that needed to be replaced was changed. They even charged her for the globe, so I don’t understand why the back light is still not working if everything was supposedly done properly.

Another issue is that the car is making a strange noise. I’m not sure whether it’s the brake pads or something else, but this is not right.
