My daughter took her car in for a service on the 7th of April, and according to the workshop, everything that needed to be replaced was changed. They even charged her for the globe, so I don’t understand why the back light is still not working if everything was supposedly done properly. Another issue is that the car is making a strange noise. I always buy the 50ml, but this time the person who helped her gave her the 100ml, which costs R290. I understand that sales are important, but please be considerate. Today, I requested a ride which was initially accepted by a driver named Lindokuhle, driving a Toyota Etios (LG96FD GP). An amount of R123 was deducted from my account at the time of the booking. However, the driver later changed on the Bolt app to Lucky Masango, who was driving a Suzuki. Unfortunately, the vehicle registration number is no longer visible as the trip has already been completed. I had booked the ride for my mother and children, and they paid Lucky R111 in cash. Therefore, I am unsure why the amount of R123 was still debited from my account.

Hi, Today I went to African Bank in Roodepoort because my mom lost our SASSA cards, which we use to receive our payments. I was helped there and managed to get my card without any issues. However, my mom wasn’t assisted. So, we went to the Westgate Mall branch, and there she was told she had to pay first. She explained that she’s a pensioner and doesn’t have any money right now, but the lady insisted that she must pay or she wouldn’t be helped. I’m confused because at the Roodepoort branch, they told me I didn’t need to pay now – they said the money would just be debited when the funds come in. I don’t understand why it’s different at Westgate.
Billing Issue & Cancellation Request I’ve been in contact with Rain regarding their automatic debit system for my account. Despite agreeing to monthly deductions, they’ve only processed two payments—once when I first signed the contract and again in April (if I recall correctly). It’s not my responsibility to manually transfer payments each month. Yet, I keep receiving SMS notifications claiming "payment failed," which is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Given these ongoing issues, I’ve repeatedly requested to cancel my contract but have yet to receive a resolution. I expect this matter to be addressed immediately.

Poor Service Experience at Standard Bank Kagiso Mall Good day, I’ve been waiting in the queue for over two hours at Standard Bank Kagiso Mall, and the service is unacceptably slow. One consultant in particular (wearing a black jacket and black beanie) is moving especially slowly, causing further delays. This situation is unfair to all customers, especially the elderly and a pregnant lady who are also waiting. Given Standard Bank’s reputation, I expected better efficiency and consideration for clients. Kindly address this issue to improve service delivery. I’d appreciate feedback on what will be done to prevent such delays in the future.
