I am writing this after sending an email a week ago to chery sa to no avail. I had an incident on the 19th of January. To date chery sa have n9t assisted me in any way possible. I am still waiting parts for my car to be repaired and they havent even got back to me as to when this will happen. They have made no attempt to assist me even though I have been stranded since then, its now going on 6 weeks This is such poor customer service frok cherry sa I sent an email requesting assistance like a courtesy car , they haven't bothered responding or even tried to contact me Chery sa are *****s ****s and offer no after sales service whatsoever, it is so disappointing as I really thought they were different . I hope I get some answers soon but for now chery sa is a complete and utter waste of time. With no assistance given to their customer
