To date I have not received any feedback from Chery SA regarding status of my car - this is so unprofessional on their behalf honestly - I am out of a car since 19 January and still don't know what's happening - honestly this isn't right, I have posted several messages on helopeter to no avail and tried calling them countless times without a response
Why haven't I received any response or feedback from Chery SA - what is the point of voicing my concerns if I nobody does anything about it - I am sitting and waiting for my car for almost 7 weeks without ANY FEEDBACK from CHery - i have no idea what the next steps are- can this not be escalated further - this is unacceptable and so unprofessional
I am writing this after sending an email a week ago to chery sa to no avail. I had an incident on the 19th of January. To date chery sa have n9t assisted me in any way possible. I am still waiting parts for my car to be repaired and they havent even got back to me as to when this will happen. They have made no attempt to assist me even though I have been stranded since then, its now going on 6 weeks This is such poor customer service frok cherry sa I sent an email requesting assistance like a courtesy car , they haven't bothered responding or even tried to contact me Chery sa are *****s ****s and offer no after sales service whatsoever, it is so disappointing as I really thought they were different . I hope I get some answers soon but for now chery sa is a complete and utter waste of time. With no assistance given to their customer
I need to understand why mweb have increased my debit order amount , every time you try calling them they never answer and it's so difficult to get hold of them in the first place, stop *****ing my money . Sort this issue out urgently, call me ASAP please . And stop taking my money without my consent.
From the time I wanted to purchase a Cherry I got in touch with the Northcliff branch and im not gonna lie. It was a next level experience for me Staff are so kind and welcoming. AK (who i dealt with) gave me the best advise and answered all my questions , thereby making it easy for me for make a decision. I really am grateful for that and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase this beautiful car to visit this particular branch Everything about them was world class keep up the high quality 💪🏽💪🏽
I rented a car yesterday from sani. They didn't make me aware of any additional charges and that's why my bill sp high. As such I've tried calling them and they have the nerve to tell me I signed for yet I was not given any explanation on the charges.. I even asked the person why its so high and they didn't explain properly.. I want my refund back and will not be paying for things I didn't agree to. This is unacceptable how they try *****ing people's money .. its not fair nor ethical .. I will not rest until me refund is received
I ordered food 2 days ago from Mochachoss in Ormonde .. we placed an order at 12 45 and only recived food at 230 .. food was cold .. chips were disgusting .. everything was not tasty at all .. I lodged a formal complaint with head office who were courteous enough to call me and tell me they would get the owner to call me. When the owner called he didn't even offer an apology .. making excuses for the why driver was so late .. I find this quite sad as I order food alot from there .. service was garbage , food was ******* and at the end of it all there was no accountability.. while waiting for food also called thr store over 10 times without answer to let me know where the food was
Why havent I received any feedback regarding the closure of my account - is fnb purposely doing this to steal money again from us in this month - please return the call and close this account as I cannot be following this up all the time - I expect a swift reponse - stop bull****ting
My wife called FNB 2 days ago to close our business account and consultants there has the nerve to say that they will call back to tell us if the account is closed or not , what nonsense is this ???? I want this account closed immediately and will not be paying any additional fees just because of FNB's incompetence. I still havent received my paid up since requesting it in Sep 2021 - now my credit score is saying that I owe - this is ***en unacceptable - I cannot be cheated because these people are thefts - this is unacceptable and I ***en want answers immediately. This was my loan with SAnlam and to date I still havent received feedback from them - are they trying to steal my money or what the hell is happening
