Disgraceful Service
The service has been absolutely terrible. Not only did I struggle for 3 days just to book a service, they tell me they don't have an account with the place I have an extended maintenance plan with. No concern with assisting only that it's my problem now. Your service is disgraceful to say the least. After waiting for 3 hours and continuous follow up calls I'm still unable to collect my car.
