Poor Customer service
I went to Ladysmith CHESTER BUTCHERY. On the 26/05/22.The manager and the security was so rude . The manager doesn’t have customer service Ethics nor listening Skills, She doesn’t put customers first. Very unprofessional Boss Because a leader puts Customers first.
She and the security guard forced me to Sanitise my hands using store sanitizer. When I told her that The latest covid 19 guidelines is one of them that: “ Sanitizer is optional “ She shouted at me telling me I could not enter .
For chester company. Such very big company not to update or train staff on government covid 19 Guidelines is so pathetic. Very disappointing.
