LUSIKISIKI PLAZA CHESTER
LUSIKISIKI PLAZA CHESTER . Music is so load that you can't even interact with the cashier and its very disgusting you can't even use your cellphone for calls. I spoke to few workers they told me they have been getting such complaints but manager said " Bayanya " meaning f##k the customers.

Poor Customer service
I went to Ladysmith CHESTER BUTCHERY. On the 26/05/22.The manager and the security was so rude . The manager doesn’t have customer service Ethics nor listening Skills, She doesn’t put customers first. Very unprofessional Boss Because a leader puts Customers first. She and the security guard forced me to Sanitise my hands using store sanitizer. When I told her that The latest covid 19 guidelines is one of them that: “ Sanitizer is optional “ She shouted at me telling me I could not enter . For chester company. Such very big company not to update or train staff on government covid 19 Guidelines is so pathetic. Very disappointing.

Great friendly staff and great tripe and liver
I have recently been to your Chester Butchery in Umngeni as I love the meat and service that offered there it clean and staff is friendly . Staff were good when I was at the Deli counter for my regular Tripe and Beef Liver, they asked me if was satisfied and interacted with me and were smiling throughout. Such great service. Thank You keep up the great work .

Great friendly staff and great tripe and liver
I have recently been to your Chester Butchery in Umngeni as I love the meat and service that offered there it clean and staff is friendly . Chester Butcheries - a great place to shop at.
Hi there, I am a regular shopper at Chester Butcheries, Watford Road and I must say that I have always been a satisfied customer. The meat is always fresh, and the products are of good quality. Chester Butcheries - a great place to shop at.

Quality and Service
If you want consistency in terms of quality and service, then Chester Butcheries is the number one butcher. My family and I have shopped here ever since I was a teenager and IT IS STILL our butcher of choice! ☺☺☺
