I sent my car for service it was under insurance service plan. According to them my insurance took long to respond they didn't service my car but they **** saying they did service my car. They confiscated my logbook and in that mist they refused to stamp it for service. I had to pay Kokstad car time for excellent service. Do not send your car to these people. They just dragging Ford into thick mud.

Msure is the best insurance company I have ever dealt with in 15 years of experience with insurance companies. I have had a problem with MFC who were busy debiting msure premiums but didn't hand over the funds for allocation. Upon noticing that I called MFC numerous times with no help until I sent just one email to Msure. Mr Terrence Maythe made sure he sent emails to non responding Mfc team until they decided to respond and slowly solved my case. Terrence and the team you are my heroes. Thank you so much. Mfc called me telling me the matter has been resolved
I was allocated this driver to assist my female driver who was stuck in Inanda but Moses Zakwe from thos I way breakdown company decided to very rude on us. I think First Assist must part ways with this company as it will tarnish their brand.
My female employee ran out fuel in Inanda and the use less budget insurance made her to wait in that darkness with no " Road assistance " I had to driver 124 km to assist but i have an insurance that i pay every month. I guess i am the kind of client you don't value you just debit from my account to extend your profit margins
