I went to pep in Murchison mall by 7:55 I waited for 8:00 to open They never opened at 8 I waited till 8:23 store was still not opened However their trading hours outside written they open 8. There was no even a note informing customers why is there delay in open times Nothing. They don’t respect and value customers I had to go to Ackermans to buy due to poor customer care at Pep
I ordered sweet chill twister from kfc drive thru near boxer in Ladysmith It’s was so burnt and dry😭 I did not eat it at all . I was so hungry but I got disappointed from the level of hospitality received from lady kfc drive thru 😭☹️😝
I went to Kfc Ladysmith by the pick n pay center today around about 2:13 am to buy 12 dunked wings . We waited more than 8 mins on the drive thru. When we got to the pay window we were rendered by horrific service, highly rude by Phindile Lady who was very rude and was not intrested to listen to us customers when I asked questions and options of wings to buy. She gave us 8 plain wings instead of 12 dunked . She scammed us!!!
I went to withdraw cash of R4000 to do my personal staff as I needed to. Money reflected withdrawn but I did not receive cash from the ATM . I tryd calling their fraud n emergency customer care Numbers , They never Answered. CAPITEC SERVICE IS SO PATHETIC WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE and Loyalty !!. everytime during busy days their systems are offline and ATM not work . Tomorrow the 6th of Aug… 2022 I will change my salary not to be paid by your Pathetic service bank to customer royalty banks like Nedbank, FNB OR ABSA. You always let down your clients with your system. Lost customer bye !!!! 👋
I went to Spot on liquor Ladysmith on the 9/7/22 at 16:46 I walked in to the door , The was no security guard by the door. I went straight to their fridge to buy my drink. When I went out the security checked my bag and found a pack of NikNak He accused me of stealing them , I told him I entered with them in my bag and the was no one by the door to declare them . He called his Boss they humiliated me by the door shouting at me and threatened to call police for me . Two man abused and humiliated me. I was abused by the Level of deformation of character By SPOT ON LADYSMITH
I went to Mac D in Ladysmith branch with my fiancé at 23:01 on the 23/6/22. We wanted to use the drive thru facility unfortunately it was closed ,We than walked to the main entrance. A lady and a guy who opened the door . The lady told us they closed at 23:00 due to covid regulations when I asked if why their trading hours still reflect “Opened 24 hrs” The guy said “I can not continue to talk to people like you who are high” And Banged the door to close while we were on stationed. I had never felt to discriminated and humiliated ever before in my whole entire life of 31 years. For Mac Donald such a popular company to have unprofessional staff like that it’s to disappointing. I was told the guy is a security guard. Those are people whom I suppose should look after the business premises and customers to make sure they shop in secured harmony environment but I was hurt to be treated in that manner as a customer. I felt humiliated and emotionally abused as a Woman . All I need to know is that why does a Mac Donald staff called me”I’m high “ What was I high off ? What can be do remedy the damage caused .
Laverna lenmed Hospital Ladysmith. I had just called a hospital at 00:16 The lady in charge answered the phone was rude when I asked what’s the procedure if I’m sick and wanting to be admitted.
I went to Ladysmith CHESTER BUTCHERY. On the 26/05/22.The manager and the security was so rude . The manager doesn’t have customer service Ethics nor listening Skills, She doesn’t put customers first. Very unprofessional Boss Because a leader puts Customers first. She and the security guard forced me to Sanitise my hands using store sanitizer. When I told her that The latest covid 19 guidelines is one of them that: “ Sanitizer is optional “ She shouted at me telling me I could not enter . For chester company. Such very big company not to update or train staff on government covid 19 Guidelines is so pathetic. Very disappointing.
I went to Jackson Club in Ladysmith. I was physically harassed and verbally abused by the guys working there .
My mother been to Lewis Vryheid asking for the refund because I had already bought the same merchandise , Store manager said they offline can’t give it her and she doesn’t even promise that she will get it today. I then called the store spoke to store manager by the name of Zandile she was so rude n disrespectful, I have never felt to humiliated as a customer. She was shouting at me telling me that there’s nothing she can do to assist my mother because they offline. Lewis such a big company to have someone like that called manager but can not apply customer service Ethics, So pathetic!!! You’re need to train your staff because I will never bring business to Lewis Vryheid due to incompetent manager ZANDILE .
