First and last time going
Went to chilli bar on the 20 March 2025, it had been my first time there and what a bad experience it was. The bouncers don’t make you feel invited in and have a dont-care attitude. I went to the corner shop next to the bar to buy me cigarettes and caramel popcorn, the bouncers then didn’t want to let me in with the popcorn. Jonathan then came to the rescue and allowed us back inside. Thank you to Jonathan for making my experience a lot better and speaking to the other bouncers.

First and last time going

Unacceptable behaviour
I was there during lockdown and the service and food was excellent. The service I had gotten was so good that I decided to invite my friends tonight .Although the service that I had received was so atrocious I couldn’t believe that it was the same place I had gone to before .I had the same waiter (Brett) as before but his attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable and therefore I will not be going again

HATE SPEECH
a few friends went to CHILLI BAR to get pizza,while waiting we decided to get something to drink. In our company we were 3 black males,3 colored females and 1 colored male. Minding our own business just having some fun at what we were told is a very popular bar in the southern suburbs. 2 of us live in north ,the rest in muizenberg and simonstown . On our way out my black friend was told by a white female at the door ,\ good you hottentots and blacks should leave"how this is stil possible"
