Ram pathetic
How on earth does this company operate. I needed a medical item urgently and the driver came to my premises and left after 1min. Their are cameras to prove this outside my complex. Now I must wait until Tuesday for delivery . This is pathetic customer service and I think that the country should know how RAM operates. I contacted the driver and he **** to me saying he would deliver my stuff today. That was at 11 friday morning. Now i contacted their site , but to no avail, I must just wait in anticipation. I also tracked my medicine parcel and ut says delivery unsuccessful.

R750 to sit on the pot whole nite
Ate ar Santa Monica spur yesterday, every meal that was on our table had an issue. The calamari was oily and crumbless and rubbery ,it was returned to arrive as it should have. Then my rump steak which should be a Spur legendary meal, was shown to the floor manager , it was rubbery and chewy. Never had i eaten a steak like that before. It was removed and replaced with a apparently a better cut. But it was just the same. We doggy bagged the R750 meal remainder and took it home for our son to try. That nite we all suffered with stomach cramps and had to constantly run to the toilet. I can only guess what happened behind that griller with my meat.

Insurance *******
Last year after paying my car insurance for do long, I was smashed front right by a foreign national who claimed to only be driving and not the owner. Also no job and a pensioner. OUTsurance sent my vehicle to a local panel beaters and after many battles about using ned replacement parts , OUTsurance claimed that even though I paid as a premium customer all thd years , I was only entitled to used aftermarket parts. 6 months later, my headlights donot wotk, my fender and bonnet ard showing signs of being parts that were touched up. My coolant bottle burst because the car was handed back probably without filling. Which I checked , was filled with water. My furl gauge does not work, probably swapped out. My car was 10yrs old but in pristine condition with oem factory parts. Now its just a ruin. Panel beaters charged R70k for a R5k job. I paid R5k for excess and R3k for courtesy car. Go figure. So why the hell do I pay insurance, .

Beside showing poor quality shows, we are now being ****** of our rewards that they dish out monthly. Not sure if the winners are authentic though.

Woolworths rewards misleading
Woolworths rewards south Africa is misleading and promises the world of fabulous Christmas prizes but all I've ever seen on my prize board was beauty and fashion vouchers which after reading properly it states that one must spend a thousand rand to get a R125 off. What a joke, when the actual product is overpriced already. Furthermore the advertising on these competitors promise such extravagant prizes which one must qualify for by purchasing products every week hence putting the unsuspecting customer in financial peril. Woolies are gold diggers.

Makro customer service who cares, clearly not MAKRO
Recently purchased a dstv streama from makro ottery. It was on special and bought online. The device does not work and as per store 14 day policy I phoned and was told by the electronics section manager that because it was on special I could not swap my device but rather my money returned. So I lose out on my bargain. What pathetic service after I wasted a further R100 waiting for the relevant agent to speak to. Also phoned back and asked for a callback and still waiting 2 days later.

Dstv streama issues
I am a premium dstv subscriber and have 2 TV connected to my explora. I recently purchased a streama device to add dstv to my 3 TV via my 100mbs Fibre ethernet connection. The you tube and Netflix works well but the intended dstv app on the box is pathetically slow and buffers or not even a connection is made and that is on dstv live streaming. What a waste of my money. Now I am even seriously considering the usage of my premium package and other alternatives out there because dstv surely gives a ****

Bad vibes
Entertainment is poor, food was definitely not as expected. Not a friendly vibey place that I thought it would be. Definitely give this one a pass.
