This is a big scam, that’s why you see so many post from this agency on gumtree. Families I beg you please don’t hire anyone who do a course through Chilton. They just send the students a bunch of things to read and in the childcare course they only have 10 questions and 5 questions in the certificate for the elderly. This people is not properly trained and once the clients paid they are forgotten. Not to mention they have to download their own certificates and take it with them to graduation. They are cheap because they don’t have any expenses and are basically a fraud. How can someone get a nanny certificate by answering 10 short questions also. I know someone who didn’t even do the first aid. It’s a big scam. Save yourself the money and humiliation for both families and people interested in joining this people.
