1 rating is to big for this people. The person who answered at administration for social work is horrible. He speaks with an attitude and for some reason he is in such a rush to hang up the phone telling me I need to look for the answers online. I said the reason I called is because there is no answers online on whether I’ll get credits for my current degree. He also don’t listen to the questions I had because his answers was not related to the questions I ask. Horrible service I told him never mind I lost interest and call other universities to which he also said previous to when I said this I need to look up my questions and once I made up my mind and decide. What I want to do I can call him back. lol why would someone call? No one will call unless id they have questions or an inquiry about something. Hê has no motivation for someone to studie there so the options im left with is UNISA, UWC and Stellenbosch university. SACAP need to really work on their customer service no wonder they are a unknown institution among my friends and family members
Useless agency. After being with them for over 4 years they couldn’t place me once. Not even get an interview. And this is unusual for me, because I always find employment on au pair S.A and I work for high profile families have good. References….if you are on their books for 6 months leave, I promise you they don’t care about placing you. They just care about the money the families pay them. Also if im the families all au pairs on the agency books are on au pair S.A.
If you want to buy from incredible connections, please don’t. Their customer service is useless. And they rob the people of the warenty. They said I need to register online. And guess what. They have a bunch of bul**** in there. For example they will fix the laptop if there is a problem and won’t necessarily give a new product, to top it all off. They will not refund me my money if this laptop is broken. But give me a voucher. The lost go on. Don’t buy from this idiots. I bough the laptop for a Christmas present, and now I will have to return this. Because the warranty is a bunch of bul****. Plus they made me register online for this nonsense. And don’t give the warranty directly. So I will return this laptop and buy from a different company.
Back again since my problem isn’t solved and calling customer service is useless. The guy who talked to me wants to claim that I didn’t paid for January. Knowing full well that rain WiFi is paid upfront I also emailed them the prove that I paid upfront. And also the month I didn’t paid the network was off and I had no WiFi for a full month. You can scroll down to see my first complaint. Rain is ridiculous plus I’m not gonna pay that ammount. And I went with Herotel. I want them to fix their problem or I’m just going to continue writing reviews. I also was very clear that they must close the account. Now the damn thing shows next payment 1 November. The WiFi is off and they should not put it on. I called and canceled the sim. So there is no next payment and I owe them nothing. Does anyone know where I can report this company can I take them to small claims court or something. Because I’m not gonna let this ****mers affect my credit score. And to be more clear with everyone on 31st December 2022, I log a complaint with rain about my billing: reference number 5800912. They only sort it out in January after I complain on hellopeter. Then they fix the problem and billed me for February 1st. So I paid the amount for 1st February by 31 January. They billed me for 1 March and I paid that amount by 28 February. They billed me for 1st April I paid that amount by 31st Martch. They billed me for 1st May: I paid that amount by 30th April. They billed me for 1st June I paid that amount by 31st May! They billed me for July, I paid that amount on 30 June! They billed me for August. I paid that amount on 31st July. They billed me for September I paid and cancel the account. And I paid for September August 31st. Mind you my network was off September. And not to mention with Rain all the invoices from previous year will just disappear and in payment history. And did I mentioned I set the date for payment for 1st of every month but they request money by the 28TH, 30th of each month. And that’s a **** strategy. They make you pay the end of the previous month for the next month. And when you cancel your account they want to lie and say you owe them one month because there’s a month you did not pay Etc. Knowing full well regardless If you pay or not. It’s a month to month. Not a contract. This means the month you dont pay you u basically dont owe them a cent because the network is closed and you have no internet until you pay again for the next month. Rain is a month to month and upfront. No network in this country will give you free WiFi or airtime without you paying first. I can only thank God that I never linked my bank details with Rain because you’ll sit with the problem of them deducting money from you before the agreed payment date and that can leave you financially stranded if you don’t plan for it. Not to mention. If my bank details was linked they would have deducted money from my account a full R500 that’s why after the first **** I change my bank card it cost me R70. But save me trouble because look now : this ****mers claim again that I owe them money I paid for the months I used your services. And I will not pay that money you lie about. I will continue to write my reviews on every Facebook group and wherever I can. Advice for people using this. Block rain from your debit orders and pay with scan to pay. Or in stores. Believe me you will thank me one day. and here I will also add you all my reference numbers since last month. And never not once did rain call or emailed me to solve this problem. So this person always commenting thanks for your review we will solve the problem is just laying and they never solve the problem. No calls no emails from rain.
Total ****. I specifically closed my account to switch to the 5g. They close the network and want to charge me for the month. Total **** because I pay my network upfront. Not after and we all know the WiFi is not open if you don’t pay. And they send me a email stating they will close the account for me to switch to 5g end month. It is closed. So why does it show that I’m outstanding on payment. Won’t recomend rain to anyone. This is the second time I have this problem. And I’m not gonna pay double so they either fix the problem or I switch to Herotel.
Uber eats is a *****, a ****. Please people take your bank cards off the app. They ***** money and ***** your bank card one day all your money will disappear and as you can see they don’t even respond be warned
Very very bad customer service. I order hungry lion through the uber eats app. Then it accidentally went through without me setting a time. Within 5 minutes I cancelled the order. Uber eats then stole R182 from my account. Order #E2AB6. I went to the shop told them the money was deducted and Uber send me a message that the money was deducted because hungry Lion already processed the food. Manager at Eikestad said they did not processed the food and the order went through as a cancelled order on their side. Uber eats refuse to refund me claiming the order was processed. Hungry lion refused to refund me or give me the food claiming it went to them as a cancelled order. I went into the bank dispute the order and and guess what the bank dispute the money. But then 1:27 am in the early mornings Uber eats deducted the same money again. It’s hungry lions job to sort this out. Because Uber eats claimed the order was processed. If they know Uber eats Are *****s then they should not advertise their products or do business with them. I ever since have made a debit card ***** case at the police station. Because this businesses have no right to deduct money from my account after I removed my banking details from the app. Not to mention. Now hungry lion emailed me saying that Uber eats won’t refund after a order been processed. Well honey if it been processed and you about to get my money. You better refund me period. People don’t use this companies from both sides customer service is horrible they are lazy to work and investigate and refund clients.
*****. Please take note you will one day realise that Uber eats is a *****. They will ***** your money and not refund you at all. What happened to me was I was just putting a order in my chart, next thing it shows order placed. I then cancelled the order. And money was deducted from my account. R182 and now I can’t get it back because they don’t have a customer service line. Never put your banking details on this app. Believe me one day you will regret it. I had to see if my bank can dispute the order or if HUNGRY LION MUST DO THE REFUND. I will also put in a complain at hungry Lion. Because Uber can’t take my money with no food. So I’m going to fetch the food tomorrow since I already paid for it. If not I’m taking them to small claims court even if it’s just R182. No one ***** my hard earned money.
One rating is to much for this **** business. I signed up with them in December only open a account in February. Please know to be very careful. They will **** you into things you did not agree to. For example the hollard insurance. Please note that they **** millions of people and calling head office to cancel the insurance is a lost case not even the store managers at Stellenbosch could help me. They were as confused and clueless as I was. Will not recomend Truworths. When my Takkie Town account get approved I’ll cancel this useless account. ****mers. I only open an account to buy a car. I don’t need insurance I don’t even have a funeral cover why do they think I’ll pay for a clothing account insurance, useless. The lady at head office keep on hanging up in my ear. And then by the 9th call she come up with a lie that all clients have the ensurance included in their account that was a total lie. I googled it and it’s optional she refuse to cancel it.
Scam. This is a big scam, that’s why you see so many post from this agency on gumtree. Families I beg you please don’t hire anyone who do a course through Chilton. They just send the students a bunch of things to read and in the childcare course they only have 10 questions and 5 questions in the certificate for the elderly. This people is not properly trained and once the clients paid they are forgotten. Not to mention they have to download their own certificates and take it with them to graduation. They are cheap because they don’t have any expenses and are basically a fraud. How can someone get a nanny certificate by answering 10 short questions also. I know someone who didn’t even do the first aid. It’s a big scam. Save yourself the money and humiliation for both families and people interested in joining this people.
