Last week I went to chioce clothing store to take out my layby I waited for 4full hours they couldn't find it, thn I told them I could not wait I'll come back the following day but they will have to refund my taxi fare because it is their folt that they could not find the layby I took my layby before the expiry date, yhooo one of the guy's told me that you wont get any money from us if you want your layby you will come bck and collect whe we find it. I told him that I will have to call head office or speak to area manager he rep**** and said fine you can call them but you are not getting any money here. I cold and speak to area manager she promised that she will resolve the matter, she called and said I can go to the shop the following day to collect my layby and the guy will have to apologise because he was not suppose to speak to me like that. Whn I was there collecting my order the following day that guy pretended as if he had never see me anywhere.
What I am trying ti emphasis here is that most of retailers must have a training for their employees on how ti deal with customer's it is not nice spending your money that you work hard for in a shop where you will fll unhelp and unwelcome itv shows that some of them are there just to make money for leaving they dont care who's bring the money in the business.
