I bought pants on the 6th December then wore them on the 16th. I washed the pants once, and when I was looking forward to wearing them again, one leg of the pant looks like when a pantihose has ran. We went to the shop and showed them , the lady I think she's a manager, stated she will send an email and left us like that. We had to give her our contact number as she looked uninterested and didn't bother asking for details

Big ups to the guys @ Choice in Zevenwacht mall, they were friendly and assisted me yesterday with checking if the jersey I wanted was available in my size in other branches and they found it for me :-). Didn't catch the tall guy's name but he was working on the till around 14:30.

Good day my name is Ayanda I just had a terrible experience with a consultant and their manager the consultant's name is Gadija she is extremely rude and has no client service what's so ever I was on the queue and she asked if anyone has a R10 change so a guy behind me gave her the change and I saw that she assisted him then I asked why is he being assisted before me she laughed and said because I have to assist him so I said that is not fair as I was ahead of him and if giving her change means that people can skip the line then she is misrepresenting choice clothing in Vangete Mall her manager(Nolan) came and I asked is she allowed to do this she then said she has to assist him no one even apologized to me after seeing that am upset by this behaviour the the consultant Gadija then left the till full of attitude and left me hanging then manager did nothing to help me as she stood there and pretended to be busy am appalled by this behaviour I was at the same shop yesterday and I received excellent service client she has a racial problem because the guy was coloured and when I asked why his being assisted she then spoke to him in Afrikaans which is disrespectful and one can only assume racial ************** the owner of the store in Zain and I would like him to call me back on the matter. I will make a statement on all social media platforms if I have to. i even sent this e-mail to them 16/09/2024 with no response

Went to Choice Westgate today , to collect a laybe , unfortunately I misplaced the receipt, lady at the till point asked my recipient aggressively I advised I lost it . I gave her my ID number she prints the receipt, she than stood at the till and screamed a the store for another lady to collect the laybe , proceeded than handed me a for and a pin not instructing me what to do I than asked what I should do , she asked if it was my laybe I said yes , you can’t just hand me a form and not tell me what to do , no client service at all sings and hums while assisting me Rhoda was her name .

Good day I would like to commend the service I received at choice in Greenacres on Saturday afternoon. It's a pity I didn't the lady's name. I tore my jeans in an uncomfortable area and had to find the nearest store. There were about 3/4 ladies in front of the changing rooms who saw me going through a box of sweat pants and helped me look for the size I needed which was great. I am specifically writing to you about the one lady who went out of her way and helped me pay for my sweat pants, words fail me when I think of how I can express my gratitude. I was rushing to the bank and I did not even ask her name which is a shame on my part. I hope she sees this email. Thank you for wonderful service

I trained to return a Trackpants at Vangate Mall branch and was refused because I didn’t have the slip with the Choice Clothing Bar code on it. I bought the pants 2 weeks ago and found that I only had the receipt showing Choice Clothing, the purchase amount and my bank card used to purchase this item. The person assisting didn’t even look at the slip, she just said they need the slip with the barcode on it otherwise they can’t help. The point is - the proof of purchase I have has Choice Clothing on it - I have my ID and Bank Card with Card number showing on their slip. This was extremely unhelpful to say the least.

Last week I went to chioce clothing store to take out my layby I waited for 4full hours they couldn't find it, thn I told them I could not wait I'll come back the following day but they will have to refund my taxi fare because it is their folt that they could not find the layby I took my layby before the expiry date, yhooo one of the guy's told me that you wont get any money from us if you want your layby you will come bck and collect whe we find it. I told him that I will have to call head office or speak to area manager he rep**** and said fine you can call them but you are not getting any money here. I cold and speak to area manager she promised that she will resolve the matter, she called and said I can go to the shop the following day to collect my layby and the guy will have to apologise because he was not suppose to speak to me like that. Whn I was there collecting my order the following day that guy pretended as if he had never see me anywhere. What I am trying ti emphasis here is that most of retailers must have a training for their employees on how ti deal with customer's it is not nice spending your money that you work hard for in a shop where you will fll unhelp and unwelcome itv shows that some of them are there just to make money for leaving they dont care who's bring the money in the business. Thnk you!!!

I bought clothes and shoes from CHOICE At Chris Hani crossing in Vosloorus when I tried to exchange my kid shoes because they were small the staff made me wait then after they harassed me I was hurt because I bought those shoes for Christmas and now I had to buy new one from another store.
