I bought pants on the 6th December then wore them on the 16th. I washed the pants once, and when I was looking forward to wearing them again, one leg of the pant looks like when a pantihose has ran. We went to the shop and showed them , the lady I think she's a manager, stated she will send an email and left us like that. We had to give her our contact number as she looked uninterested and didn't bother asking for details
Today i went to purchase earphones at Pep in Randburg...Ntswaki (cashier - 11-01-37, 158134 ) processes the sale but in the middle of the transaction she's like cause you using FNB it will decline as they had an issue with FNB cards. Why let me wait, whilst you know that certain bank cards are getting declined. Then she has a nerve to say that i must call FNB so they reverse the transaction, if it doesn't get reversed automatically. She saw my bank card, why didn't she ask before processing the transaction,, make me aware of the technical glitches....now you ask if i have cash, like what customer service is that....PUT A SIGN BEFORE HAND OR MAKE CLIENTS AWARE.
How long must one wait before a cell phone claim can be processed, as I submitted a report on the 7th till today no response. Exact kerk street, jhb is failing me as a client. I must call or go there to ask what's happening. Bad service indeed
<p>on the 31/10/2016 went to Spec savers Maponya to have his eyes tested, as per Stanley who advised tinting for his specs, because medical aid was not covering for tinting, made a cash deposit of r600 as diff was gonna be paid later. however i called my medical aid to ask as to why tinting was not covered but got a different story. sent an email, advisin to process the tinting on my medical aid, an walla, it was processed an on the 18/11/2016 they got paid, which i was told a refund would b processed then....it's now the 29/11/2016 still no refund, and am being given the run around now. MAY I PLEASE HAVE MY MONEY, YOU WERE QUICK TO SAY MY MEDICAL AID IS NOT COVERING, BUT YOU GOT UR MONEY...I NEED MY MONEY, LIKE YESTERDAY...PAY UP</p>
