Shoutout to Senamile at Spur Somerset mall (Tallahassee) for giving us 5 star service on Sunday evening, he served us with a smile and was very helpful in helping my wife with figuring a combo she wanted. Considering it was a night he didn't make us feel like we were irritating him, instead he told us to take our time even though they were closing at 9pm. Even offered to sing happy bday for an old man like myself.
Ford Kuils River almost ****med me another R18 000 on parts. They already ****med me R2350 for the clutch master cylinder (congratulations you got me the first time around). I went to get a second option and saved R18 0000. I am never taking my car there, they are disgusting. Clutch kit = (Ford: R10 000) - (Other: R3000) (R7000 markup) Clutch Master cylinder = (Ford: R4 600) - (Other: R1250) (R3350 markup) Clutch Slave Cylinder = (Ford: R2 450) - (Other: R1500) (R950 markup) Fly Wheel = (Ford: R 15 800) - (Other: R6750) (R9 050 markup) Total markup on parts = R20 350 Mishka had the nerve to offer me a "10 percent discount" I will definitely be spreading the word to never buy parts at Ford.
They deserve a minus star rating. Kuilsriver Ford doesn't know what they are doing, they want to charge me R44 000 to fix a clutch. They already made me pay R8 000 to change the Master cylinder (which didn't fix the problem like they assumed it would and kept telling me it's a bleeding problem for the 2 times I had to take the car back to them), now they want me to change all the clutch parts (clutch kit and the fly wheel, and the slave cylinder) because they don't know what the hell they are doing. To me it seems like it's a leaking releasing bearing issue because the clutch works for a few K's but after some time it doesn't pop back up after pressing it down and I did tell the mechanic there seems to be a leak that is clearly visible and he ignored me. They are doing guess work at my expense. They had the car from 31 June, it's been 21 days to try and fix a simple clutch.

Hi I am so impressed by the energy at RocoMamas Zevenwacht, "G-shake" is so vibey. The food also tasted great. I also loved the fact that all the staff were really young South Africans.
FNB is hellbent on making my life difficult every time I have a query. I am trying to convert my home loan to the Flexi Option. Rishan Kulfath asked to me fill in my wife's details as well and send her documents which I did (he probably didn't check before submitting) and then 10 days later he sends me a response after I asked for feedback, saying I am rejected because "spouse details are required". Which details are you looking for on top of what I have sent already?
H&M Sommerset West mall what a disgrace. I went there yesterday (Sunday 22nd) bought an item an their paper bag but it was smelling like it came from a dumpster. I asked for another one and the guy at the till said they all smell like that I just have to walk it off. I had to buy another bag from Woolies.

There is seriously something wrong with FNB's special departments (i.e. FICA and DebtReview Centre department). I settled all my debt and got cleared in 2023. FNB sent a confirmation email that my status had been changed from DebtReview to "normal", in 2023. Only for me to find out last week that on my home loan they still have my profile as "under debt review". A whole year and a half for something as simple as a few clicks to change my status, and they still haven't done it. They also use a **** number for contacting them 087 730 5104.
