Packer resisting to pack for me but packs for everyone else

I went to choppies Lephalale, Ellisras on the 17/07/2023 The cashier asked if i needed a plastic and I indicated that I do not need one but is it possible for me to take out the trolley to the car and she said yes it is possible.

I then asked if the packer will only pack for me if I bought a plastic bag and she said to me she will not pack my groceries and that I quote "Its on her discretion whether she packs for me or not and at that moment she will not pack for me because she doesn't want to and she will do it if she feels like it"

I then asked her twice if she is sure of the statements she was making and she ascertained that she is sure, i followed up n asked her name and she proudly said she's Leta arrogantly so.

I asked to see the manager and asked him about the company policy in retation to packing in the sense to understand how their policy works as Leta has indicated to me that she does her job only when she wants to. And how she disrespected me in my rights as a customer. She then continued to pack for everyone else that came after me...
