Bad service and food

We went as a family for dinner at the Ciao Pizza in Long Street, what an awful experience, we got at the restaurant, the tables were dirty, i requested to be wiped, the cloth smelled like a week old dirty cloth, we ordered our pizza and was advised they don't have the New York Margarita Pizza, we managed to order the other Margarita Pizza, we ordered Boba's, then the waiter came back to advise they don't have the passion fruit Boba, they didn't have milkshakes either, our 3 Pizzas came in drips and drabs, the Margarita came omg, which seem like a piece of cloth with runny pizza, we called the manager, the manager approach was, oh hi is this your first time at Ciao Pizza, no we don't!!!
