I bought a couch from Cielo which delivered on Thursday 9th April. When trying to assemble it, we noticed that the holes on the legs are not aligned to the holes on the couch. We informed them, even sent a video. I was advised that a technician will be sent to assist. That was not done. Instead all I keep getting a message since 21st April 2026 that matter is escalated to a third party. Today is the 4th of May 2026 ans there has been no progress.
So im basically stuck with a couch for about a month that I can't utilize. At this rate I actually don't want the couch anymore. I mean what kind of useless service is this??? I'm so disappointed
