I bought a couch from Cielo which delivered on Thursday 9th April. When trying to assemble it, we noticed that the holes on the legs are not aligned to the holes on the couch. We informed them, even sent a video. I was advised that a technician will be sent to assist. That was not done. Instead all I keep getting a message since 21st April 2026 that matter is escalated to a third party. Today is the 4th of May 2026 ans there has been no progress. So im basically stuck with a couch for about a month that I can't utilize. At this rate I actually don't want the couch anymore. I mean what kind of useless service is this??? I'm so disappointed
I submitted a 2 pot claim and I got an email saying the tax directive was declined by SARS. I called SARS and was informed it was declined due an error on the ID number submitted by AlexForbes. I called Alexforbes to give feedback and was asked to provide a Notice of registration letter. This requested letter was sent on 26th November. Today 2nd December when I call Alexforbes to follow up, I get told they haven't reapp**** to SARS because 'they have 20 working days' to provide feedback. Does Alexforbes just sit back and not action things because they have 20 working on a matter? THIS IS PATHETIC
I submitted claim by email for the first consultation with oncologist on the 21st November 2025. I received was an automated response on the same date with a reference number 11638900508. Since then I have received NO feedback from Discovery. The claim does not even reflect under submitted claims on the Discovery app.
On the 8th November 2024 Makro collected items from me which I was returning and requesting a refund. I bought them online. On the 15th november i received an email confirming refund is approved On the 27th November I received an email advising the refund was paid to me. However I only received refund for 2 items instead of 4. I informed them and was promised it will be sorted. Since then i keep getting emails that the refund has been processed but I still have not received but to date still nothing received. I regret buying anything from Makro...The service is terrible and exhausting
It's so frustrating dealing with Milpark education. This whole week I've been trying to do a new application on their portal. It's rejecting uploading of documents and doesn't some of the updates on my profile. I've requested help on the portal, I have called and held on for a very long time but there's no answer. I've even left a message to be called back. No assistance received to date. Today is the last day to submit for funding at work. I guess I'm gonna lose it due to Milpark's incompetence
I received the most appaling service from a teller Phindi Ncumisa at Checkers Hyper, Westgate Shopping Mall. Firstly she doesn't even us. Secondly she finished talling everything and was ready to serve the next person without packing my groceries. I had to ASK her to pack my groceries before serving the next person. What nonsense is that???
I don't know what to do anymore. My daughter and I applied for a study loan at Nedbank Westgate. To date we still don't know if it's approved or not. When we request an update...only then do they request for additional documents. This is soo frustrating as this is over a month ago. Application was done on 29th April.
In February 2021 I called Clientele to cancel one policy and update my bank details on 2 of my policies. Guess what...I'm still getting debited for the cancelled policy, only 1 policy is debited on the updated bank details. The other policy is now lapsed as they have not updated the bank details. Once again I tried to call them to find out what's going on...after holding on forever I get a recorded message that they're experiencing technical problems and the call was cut. I also tried the whatsapp line...still waiting while you are being transferred to a live consultant for almost 2 hours now. Now I honestly don't know what to do with this incompetence anymore.
