After months of having issues with the broker not doing his job I cancelled my insurance in December.But being the bad broker he is the insurance company tries to take a double premium from my personal account and a premium from my business account.Please do not use this broker

Please do not use this company as broker for business insurance.Vehicle and equipment stolen.Myself as the client had basically do the claim.I did everything according to what was asked from me as a client but I had to send everything myself to the assesor in Bloemfontein.I had to give the values of the equipment although it was specified when I did the quote.Payment of equipment approved.Document send in.Emails send to me payment is done only to inform the broker I received no payment.O sorry payment was done into the wrong account.Now it is new issues to get my payment.O it's easy blame the covid for incompetence because I don't do follow up on my clients claim.
