A formal reply would have been met with an apology from CIG Wealth (Pty) Ltd (Servicing Intermediary) in the event of the entity being at fault or not operating within its mandate. In this matter we will unfortunately not offer any form of redress.
In expressing an opinion on a public platform such as HelloPeter, one has to consider that within the highly regulated Financial Services Industry, the recording of correspondence both verbally and in written form is an essential component in terms of transparency between service provider, client and public. Our in-depth investigation (email trail between Insurer, Intermediary, Client and various Claim Service Providers) provided that the servicing broker transmitted on average three (3) emails on this claim alone, each and every day from commencement of your vehicle theft and all risk claim up and to receipt of payment by yourself and finalization. Your dual claim has thus been settled and paid in full by the Insurer.
As had been mentioned elsewhere by a respondent contained within your HelloPeter Profile (we have noted that you have been endorsed with the Accolade of an ALL-STAR REVIEWER on this platform and invite any prospective clientele to conduct a full review of your profile), the “two-sides-to-a-story” statement has absolute merit in this instance. CIG Wealth (Pty) Ltd maintains that the worst quality ink is always better than the best memory, hence the availability of our Complaints Register being open to public scrutiny at any given stage – an aspect in which we pride ourselves. Like some of the other respondents on your HelloPeter Profile, we have also had to endure verbal abuse, foul language being hauled at the broker, unwillingness to co-operate and or engage in telephonic communication and provide, in this instance your co-operation to Assessors and the Insurer.
It is thus evident that you utilize this platform on a very “loose” basis in slandering various members of the business community, which is, in this instance a very one sided affair on the platform. CIG Wealth (Pty) Ltd has, in separate correspondence addressed to you, reserved its rights, without prejudice to act on the allegations levelled at the company in relation to theft and fraud accusations. In conclusion a response from the Insurer confirming that CIG Wealth (Pty) Ltd has operated within its mandate and projected SLA’s.
