Close down!!!!!!
I had one of the worst experiences of my life with this place. The owner has no idea how to deal with customers!! Not only is she outright the rudest woman I have ever met but to make matters even worse, she has a child like tendency to block your phone number! Maybe she should stop doing beauty pageants and get herself into business school! Absolutely PATHETIC!! I have half a mindset to put this on every form of social media available! She calls her customers liars and treats them poorly! I regret going to this place to buy my dress...... I am honestly disgusted in this.... rule one of business:” always keep the customer happy” Your nonsense you have as a write up for Cinderella closets it’s a joke and a LIE, your a fake and a fraud. Please close! Please...... you’ll be doing everyone a favor..... rude!!!

Unexplainable “shocking” service!!! ????????
Hi all I would like to start my review with the following... STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!! I cannot make it more clear to anyone!! The so called owner of this shop “Diane” is one of the rudest people I have come across in my life!! This lady will make contact with you for payment of a dress after the deposit was paid and hound you for money and if you put up a little resistance as “it was never stated to me when I must make final payment” she will block your number and then you cant make contact with her directly, it is like dealing with a child. What type of owner blocks her customer from making contact ????. People you have been warned!!! There are plenty of bridal shops in this country, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!

Bad Service at Cinderella's Closet
<p>I went on opening day, the doors were locked and we had to be let in. The lady was rude, and none of the dresses had prices on. When asked the lady there couldn't tell any of the prices and said she would ask her boss to email me, 2 months later, still no email. When we asked if I could try on dresses I was told I had to pay R300 per dress I tried on, and if I bought the dress wouldn't get that money towards it. Very disappointed.</p>
