Unexplainable “shocking” service!!! ????????
Hi all I would like to start my review with the following... STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!! I cannot make it more clear to anyone!! The so called owner of this shop “Diane” is one of the rudest people I have come across in my life!! This lady will make contact with you for payment of a dress after the deposit was paid and hound you for money and if you put up a little resistance as “it was never stated to me when I must make final payment” she will block your number and then you cant make contact with her directly, it is like dealing with a child. What type of owner blocks her customer from making contact ????. People you have been warned!!! There are plenty of bridal shops in this country, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!

NO RESPONSIBILITY - YOU NEED TO CLOSE DOWN!!!
So on Thursday 7 February 2019, I take my laptop to matrix Warehouse Roodepoort to get fixed. On Friday 8 February 2019 my laptop gets stolen from behind the counter while the shop is open and employees in the shop. Today, 11 February 2019, I receive a call from the owner of the shop. Firstly I would like to state that he is the rudest idiot I have ever come across with an attitude. He informed me that he does not have money nor insurance to replace my R22 000 laptop so that's that... I can not understand how you leave your laptop in the possession of a shop then when it gets stolen they have the nerve to treat you like ****. MY LAPTOP WAS STOLEN IN YOUR POSSESSION, YOU IDIOT!!! PLEASE PEOPLE, NEVER TAKE YOUR LAPTOP TO MATRIX WAREHOUSE ROODEPOORT!! COMPANIES LIKE THIS HAVE TO CLOSE DOWN.
