I placed an order online on 02/09/2022 and paid by Payflex. I did not receive my order until 08/09/2022 after making numerous calls and sending emails. I logged a return on 08/09/2022 due to size. After numerous calls and sending emails, I received an email and later a call from Liske who identidied herself as customer service manager. She mentioned that as from 01/09/2022 they experienced problems with connection to Payflex and that my refund was going to take further 10-14 days. I protested that I am not accepting that to which she responded that it was my fault that I used Payflex as payment method
