On January 26th my claim 3147376 was authorised for settlement and payment was to reflect on my Discovery Bank account within 72hrs. On the 31st payment had not been made after 120hr. I received no contact for that and I have to wait for another 72hrs. Discovery Insure claims have poor customers service, and you have to contact them numerous times to get serviced
I have recovered appalling poor claim handling customer service experience with discovery insure. Claim handler assigned have made no effort in contact me. It has taken her 5 days waiting for quotations. When I called yesterday I was told her laptop broke down and lost her email and had to request another quote. I called again this morning and prompted to contact the service provider but still have not received the replacement voucher
Made a mistake of placing a replacement order which was not delivered AGAIN. Got called that the order was going to be delivered before 17:00. It is now 18:39, it was not delivered. Complete wait of my time and money
I placed an order online on 02/09/2022 and paid by Payflex. I did not receive my order until 08/09/2022 after making numerous calls and sending emails. I logged a return on 08/09/2022 due to size. After numerous calls and sending emails, I received an email and later a call from Liske who identidied herself as customer service manager. She mentioned that as from 01/09/2022 they experienced problems with connection to Payflex and that my refund was going to take further 10-14 days. I protested that I am not accepting that to which she responded that it was my fault that I used Payflex as payment method
