Zero customer care!

CipherWave are absolutely useless and a waste of time. We pay for business fibre and have been down for the 4th time now for over a week with no promise of being up. Our business runs on cloud software and voip phones and they don't care whether you run or not. Them and dfa have made me wait at the office till late at night on a few occasions without returning to finish back and on occasion calling at 11:45 pm to ask if im still there. They try and hold you by a contract without giving a service. Bunch of clowns!
