Zero customer care!
CipherWave are absolutely useless and a waste of time. We pay for business fibre and have been down for the 4th time now for over a week with no promise of being up. Our business runs on cloud software and voip phones and they don't care whether you run or not. Them and dfa have made me wait at the office till late at night on a few occasions without returning to finish back and on occasion calling at 11:45 pm to ask if im still there. They try and hold you by a contract without giving a service. Bunch of clowns!

Shocking Service
I have been a client of Nedbank for 28 years and i have never been treated as badly as i have been over the past two weeks. i have had to run through absolute hurdles to make payments out of my own account. i have filled in all paperwork, hand delivered it to the branch and still get no response from my so called personal banker. i am shutting down my account to move to another bank and even that seems to be an absolute challenge. Your service levels are disgraceful!

Telkom is the worst to deal with
Incompetent and inefficient. Pure lack of communication and poor customer service! complete lack of corporate service. been lied to, have wasted so much of mine and others time and still nowhere! Absolutely terrible to deal with!

Disgraceful and disresepctful attitude
3 cheques were fraudulently drawn over the counter on our banking account which, after the first, made the account go into an overdraft which we do not have. Two more cheques were drawn over the counter from an account which does not enjoy any overdraft, which is strange in itself with new banking technology disallowing such an event. We went through the channels and took ALL supporting docs including the original cheque book to the branch with the original cheques still therein. To date nothing has happened (some 6 weeks) with the case, except for excess fees due to the fraud?? And on leaving 5 messages for the branch manager - Eugene, still no decency of a return call. WHAT POOR SERVICE!!! where i was in the process of opening up a new account, I am in the process of closing all my other bank accounts with this disgusting bank!
