Ciphewave breaks their own contract
we have signed a 2 year contract with Cipherwave for fibre/ broadband. midway (12 months) through the contract, they increased their price. is that fair.? I have contacted the service provider account manager and cc'd his ceo. no response only that they waiting for a response from the ceo. disgusting service!

Cipherwave worst service provider
My 84 year old mom has an account that is always paid on time. Cipherwave have cut her wifi as they accuse her of non-payment. We have sent through bank statements and proof and Cipher is completely unresponsive. Our requests are ignored

Cipherwave worst service provider
My 84 year old mom has an account that is always paid on time. Cipherwave have cut her wifi as they accuse her of non-payment. We have sent through bank statements and proof and Cipher is completely unresponsive. Our requests are ignored

Stay away from CipherWave Hone-Connect
You cannot complain about service, when there is none. Instead of ranting, here is a list: 1. Service down for hours after load shedding with neighbours still having service(different ISP) 2. Speeds never stable. Can be between 50 to 100Mps on a 100Mbps line. 3. Lack of service. Poor designed app with no feed back or technical support. 4. Can't even change contact details after numerous tries from me.

Turn around time for service delivery is Horrible
We ordered a Router through Home Connect and we were informed that our SP was Cipherwave, unfortunately the router is still not delivered in over a week since the installation and set up was done. Terrible services indeed.

Zero customer care!
CipherWave are absolutely useless and a waste of time. We pay for business fibre and have been down for the 4th time now for over a week with no promise of being up. Our business runs on cloud software and voip phones and they don't care whether you run or not. Them and dfa have made me wait at the office till late at night on a few occasions without returning to finish back and on occasion calling at 11:45 pm to ask if im still there. They try and hold you by a contract without giving a service. Bunch of clowns!

Cipherwave is Disgusting
Terrible experience. Stay far away from these types of companies. I have experienced legal threatening, breaking of consumer protection Act, spam messages and emails and unfair business practices. I have been charged for a service I have not received, nor signed up for. They don't reply to my emails, and cannot show me proof of my service usage because it does not exist. They will try to remove this review as they always do. Disgusting!!
