You cannot complain about service, when there is none. Instead of ranting, here is a list: 1. Service down for hours after load shedding with neighbours still having service(different ISP) 2. Speeds never stable. Can be between 50 to 100Mps on a 100Mbps line. 3. Lack of service. Poor designed app with no feed back or technical support. 4. Can't even change contact details after numerous tries from me.
I placed my order at around 08:00, complete an instant EFT and about 20 min later I receive a confirmation email. So expect standard delivery time of 2 to 3 days courier, but NO. It was delivered before 12:00 the SAME MORNING! (Cape Town) If this is the way Rebel Gaming does there business going forward, I will constantly be clicking on their website first. Thank you for the great service and keep it up.
Purchased a few items over the holidays and it was a great online sales service. All items purchased arrived within 1 to 3 days (Cape Town) with no problems or hassles. I am slowly upgrading my pc and Wootware has become my one stop shop and the prices are very competitive.
Long story short: 09/12/20 - Placed order and received payment confirmation. Order confirmed for 14/12/20 14/12/20 - No delivery. 17/12/20 - Sent email cancelling order and asking for refund(early morning). Receive online order 3hours later Tried to deliver but already asked for refund and very irritated. Credit note received later the afternoon. 18/12/20 - Another credit note and a response from a Rep. 21/12/20 - Sent details requested after weekend past. 24/12/20 - Received response below: "Thank you for your request. We have sent this request to the account department as soon as we have feedback regarding the refund and they will notify you." 30/12/20 - No refund received and no time to complete project as I start work next week again.
