Braserie bomb out
Have eaten here numerous times However…Valentine’s day menu Underwhelming Value for money: overpriced, clearly saving on portions. Miniscule starter and 2 moe portions. Mains, dry duck In the background insane jazz music. Shared dessert So super disappointing!

Marquis finance poor customer service
Cannot communicate with this company at all regarding a problem with my account. Various emails, calls, whatsapps, even the client portal has not been successful. I have tried to contact the complaints dept and all they did was forward my details with no avail. Call centre just keeps me holding!

Herotel wifi. Poorest Maintenance & service
Worst service ever! Trying to upgrade our wifi which worked perfectly and suddenly we cannot stream certain programmes anymore. Numerous phonecalls and follow ups and begging from our side eventually lead to a technician arriving many DAYS later. Was busy most of the afternoon, could not resolve issue. His promise to return the next day was not kept. Again on the phone to Herotel and same old issues and promises again. Worst service! Miss the days when it belonged to Bronberg! Herotel maintenance is a nightmare on several other occasions!

PnP Faerie Glen quality is shocking
Shocking quality of fruit and veg at PnP Faerie Glen. 2kg bag of carrots rotten before expiry date. Apples and nartjies are absolutely minute in size Complaints via their whatsapp keeps on giving the menu so that is a fail!

Showmax ******* deductions from my accounr
I ended my subscription months ago and Showmax keeps deducting my account. I am helpless to stop the deductions as FNB cannot help because I subscribed on the app

Cipherwave worst service provider
My 84 year old mom has an account that is always paid on time. Cipherwave have cut her wifi as they accuse her of non-payment. We have sent through bank statements and proof and Cipher is completely unresponsive. Our requests are ignored
