we have signed a 2 year contract with Cipherwave for fibre/ broadband. midway (12 months) through the contract, they increased their price. is that fair.? I have contacted the service provider account manager and cc'd his ceo. no response only that they waiting for a response from the ceo. disgusting service!
I deposited money in my Easy Equities account yesterday and it still isnt reflected in my account, it ussualy reflects within an hour. Today it still isnt there - I have logged a call with them. no answer as yet. I logged another call with them.very poor service
IM has billed us incorrectly for 2 months now - email the head of finance dept and passed onto anothe underling who passes it to another underling the account manager also seems to pass it on th the finance dept
i have insurance with OMI and my car was stolen in a secure environment together with 2 other cars. unfortunately the night before the key to my safe broke and brought it in for a friend to open as I had lots of valuables in and personal stuff so I live in a secure environment and work in a secure environment. old mutual will not enven communicate with me about this. even the broker Lensure walked away from this.
we have got a approved quote to install fibre at one one of our sites and its over 6 months and they still unable to do this, blaming their partners etc - worst service provider I have ever experienced
I have upgraded 2 of my cellphones with MTN -now they phone me from KZN as where in KZN I want to have it delivered - idiots I live in JHB and also logged into my account and it says JHB - I am sorry I am with these idots - what incompetence
I am totally disgusted with the service I received with Nupower, they were quick to take my money and installed the system but said they were waiting for a battery. Then after a few months they looked at the system and said the battery was already installed. All this while my electricity costs have doubled. Now they send me a final bill and the system is not configured. Seems like they are very incompetent. They even have sent me the final bill. I am truly sorry that I have chosen Nupower. Although initially we have recommended them to friends , their service is atrocious.
