I have purchased an asthavent pump for my asthma last week I was having a asthma attack and took the pump to use however it was empty. The refill shows there 40 puffs left but the refill was empty. This is bad because it's the 2nd time this had happened to me. I had contacted CIPLA last week the receptionist said she is forwarding my details to Karen and she will give me a call back it's been about a week and still no call. I had contacted today spoke to the same receptionist who said she forwarded the details to Karen to call me she will transfer again however after 3 minutes on Hold she said Karen is not available, I have asked is there no one else I can speak to she said some person name Booysen is on do not disturb she took my details again and said she is sending it to Karen to call me. The service from CIPLA is not good how can they treat their customers like this.
