Circuit City Electronics are Rock Stars!

I ordered a Fire Tablet for my daughter and was provided with a device that was registered as "lost or stolen" by them. Their returns service was a poor experience to say the least.

However, Circuit City, who were involved in the fulfillment of the original device, have gone way above and beyond the call of duty by replacing the device and even sending a glove with it. They have been communicative and supportive, and furthermore extremely understanding of the situation.

I would highly recommend anyone who needs electronics to use Circuit City as a supplier in the future. I know I certainly will.
