Incredible service from Circuit City Electronics
A huge shout out to Circuit City Electronics and Steve Nossel. I recently had an issue with my Jabra Elite 75t wireless earbuds. I sent an online support request to Circuit City and had a reply within 10 minutes. Within an hour I was told I would get a replacement set of earbuds. The next morning a brand new set was delivered to my door. It's rare to get this kind of after sales service and support, but Circuit City and Steve appear committed to delivering outstanding products and backing them up! My replacement earbuds have been working flawlessly, thank you again Steve.

Incredible service from Circuit City Electronics
A huge shout out to Circuit City Electronics and Steve Nossel. I recently had an issue with my Jabra Elite 75t wireless earbuds. Circuit City Electronics are Rock Stars!
I ordered a Fire Tablet for my daughter and was provided with a device that was registered as "lost or stolen" by them. Their returns service was a poor experience to say the least. However, Circuit City, who were involved in the fulfillment of the original device, have gone way above and beyond the call of duty by replacing the device and even sending a glove with it. They have been communicative and supportive, and furthermore extremely understanding of the situation. I would highly recommend anyone who needs electronics to use Circuit City as a supplier in the future. I know I certainly will. Thank you Steve, you guys are rock stars.
