Excellent!
Needed a replacement case for my Jabra elite 75t. Was contacted by Steve and one was delivered within two days, at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Never. Use. Them.
The absolute worst courier service you could have the displeasure of using. My first package, a jacket from Cape Union Mart, was labelled as 'couldnt find address's for two days in a row. Imagine, a courier company unable to find an address. I phoned and phoned and phoned and the person at dpd laser said they couldn't do anything as a call centre and I had no other options. When my parcel did eventually arrive, the man was wearing no clothing to display where he's from, and he proceeded to ask me if I smoke ****. The absolute worst experience.

Impressed, but room for improvement
The courier was professional. I do wish that they would inform me, even on the day, that the product will be delivered that day. A simple email or sms would suffice. I did not step out today only because i constantly checked their tracking service, which told me it is out for delivery today. On their tracking service, i also wish it displayed more information. all i got was when it shipped, and when it was out for delivery.

Impressed!!
Placed an order during the holidays, which their website said would be processed when they came back to work on the 5th. On the 4th, however, i was pleasantly surprised to see my order had already been processed and given to fedex for shipping! Great service! I will update this review if ever i encounter after sales service.

Great!
I've never experienced any hiccups with regards to delivery, stock or any other sales related queries. With regards to post sales, I've returned products where I've been refunded almost immediately, and also ones where I've had to wait 3 weeks or so. In Takealot's defense, I was emailed weekly in these cases. I do wish their contact details were more easily accessible and that they put more pressure on companies that sell through them, to honour warranties quicker. All in all, I would definitely recommend Takealot!

Quick and worry-free!
Product got delivered within 3 working days! Very happy with the quick service. Haven't experienced any post sales service as yet, but I'm hoping it's of the same standard. Will edit this review if I do ever return something! I had been SMSed when they received my order as well as when my package got given to Aramex.
