I am deeply disappointed in the service received compared to the presentation done. Each time I request a booking I'm told "we unable to accommodate your group" ask for alternatives telephonically and you wait a month with no response. Been a member for 6 months and have not been able to make use of the services paid for yet payment is required monthly. Log a complaint and you are spoken to in a language you don't speak, request the person to speak English and you get an attitude. I want my membership cancelled and a refund on all funds paid to you by me. Don't tell me about a contract, you deliver a service and the member pays. You have not kept your end of the contract how is that fair??
