I must express how disappointed I am by the service I received, if it was not for the lovely supervisor on duty, I think my experience would have been worse. On Saturday the 30th August we were at the Aquadome celebrating my son's 5th birthday party. Firstly, we arrived and were placed in a corner out of sight where anyone could just walk into our area as they please, I understand it is a public place, but we had people place chairs where we were seated. The lovely supervisor (unfortunately I did not get her name) assisted by suggesting an area outside which my husband was against and just decided to stay where we are to avoid making a scene or leaving, because that is what we wanted to do at one point. Secondly, lunch was scheduled for 12 - 12:30 as per communication via the quote received. I had children falling asleep hungry and parents asking me where the food was, which only arrived at 13:35. It was embarrassing for me. The kids had to eat from the platters on the table to avoid any of them falling asleep hungry. Thirdly, the staff, some were very helpful, very sympathetic and tried to ensure we were okay whilst another lady at reception gave a "I don't want to deal with you right now" kind of attitude. I must say that other parties there on the day had received everything timeously because we watched them...cool drinks, party packs, food, by the time they were done eating we still had not received anything. When the supervisor was occupied or not there (at the casino) if I did not ask or follow up on something I was not attended to. I appreciate everything, my son turned 5, it was his first birthday party that we had held for him....I don't mind returning as a customer for day visits but I will not book the venue again for private use, it was clear that you guys were overbooked or maybe it was just the treatment I received, but I must say it was an embarrassing experience, especially with family and church members there to witness it, who have never been to the Aquadome.
I am deeply disappointed in the service received compared to the presentation done. Each time I request a booking I'm told "we unable to accommodate your group" ask for alternatives telephonically and you wait a month with no response. Been a member for 6 months and have not been able to make use of the services paid for yet payment is required monthly. Log a complaint and you are spoken to in a language you don't speak, request the person to speak English and you get an attitude. I want my membership cancelled and a refund on all funds paid to you by me. Don't tell me about a contract, you deliver a service and the member pays. You have not kept your end of the contract how is that fair??

Called to place an order for collection. My order was incorrectly taken. On multiple occassions had I repeated that i do not want chicken strips but rather Sprite. When collected I had my called to inform them of my displeasure. i could not enjoy my meal as i had to spend more money for refreshments. Kindly train staff to listen efficiently and effectly.
I received a very unprofessional call from a team leader regarding my quotation and because of that i refuse to accept the quotation i have received. The consultant i dealt with was more professional than the team leader, Lisa, i received a call from. You do not ask a client you are trying to hook "What is fine" The consultant i dealt with that the company has let go, you have a better future in another institution than this one who allows employees to speak to clients with disrespect
Good day im a very unhappy customer that bought a tv on the 27th of june the tv played well until two weeks ago it became faulty and started showing upside down i went to the store today on the 28th of july to report the fault on the tv and we were very much insulted by the manager by the name Michael of us not understanding english another language should be used to explain to us my concern is also dat they took the tv of the stand abd put it in a box so im already not guaranteed that the tv was brand new as they promised us that day i will really appreciate if i can be assisted
Placed an order about 2 hours ago with Masood in your call centre. Was advised that the order would take 40 minutes to deliver. 50 minutes later a follow up was done by myself as there was no delivery received. Called back to follow up and got through to Masood again, found out that he had incorrectly placed my order. Without apologising he asked me to hold and I was transferred to an extension that was unavailable. Had to call back 4 times to get through to someone who was still unable to assist me as my order was not placed with them. So please advise what is it that I need to eat tonight seeing that your staff are incapable of placing a telephonic order. 2 houra later, no feedback or delivery! Brilliant service!!!
Cell C had called me in June promoting a cellphone contract. This sounded appealing thus I'd bought into the idea as I use my phone a lot for family emergencies. Unfortunately the incorrect handset was delivered to my work address. I then immediately contacted the stupid contact centre and was informed that they'd already closed I should call back over the weekend....Long story short I'VE BEEN CALLING SINCE AND KEEP GETTING TRANSFERRED FROM ONE DAMN DEPARTMENT TO THE NEXT WHILST THEY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ON A MONTHLY BASIS!!!! I STILL HAVE THE STUPID HANDSET SEALED AND IT HAS NOT BEEN USED SO WHAT ARE YOU DEBITING IN ACTUAL FACT! TIRED BOF BEING CALLED EVERYTIME I REVERSE THE DEBIT ORDER, SEEMS THAT IS THE ONLY TIME I HEAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. I WANT MY DAMN CONTRACT CANCELLED, MY MONEY REFUNDED AND LEAVE MY DAMN ACCOUNT ALONE! !!!
