I made a payment from my mobile phone -a touch screen.<br> Hit tle block a little to high and the payment went to ARVARTO<br> ARVARTO is the company who does google campaigns<br> The amount was enormous-enough for 1 year on active campaign.<br> I contacted City bank they ASSURED me no problem-they submitted a document that THEIR ACCOUNT HOLDER HAD TO SIGN to refund my account.<br> I had to follow up again and again and I am now at the end of the line<br> City bank does not have the ability or people in positions to solve a simple matter like this.<br> CAN YOU BELIEVE IT TODAY THIS PUMZU CALLED ME TO ASK M E W H O IS THE ACCOUNT HOLDER OF THE ACCOUNT NUMBER????? I DO NOT WORK WITH CITY BANK AND I CANNOT LOG ON TO THEIR SYSTEM -HOW ON EARTH CAN THEY ASK ME WHO IS THE ACCOUNT HOLDER.<br> CITY BANK IS JUST PLAYING FOR TIMER TO EARN A FAT AMOUNT OF RENT OR EITHER THEIR STAFF IS INCOMPETENT. SHAME ON CITY BANK. I WILL ADVERTISE BY WORD OF MOUTH THIS ABSOLUTE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND INCOMPETENT STAFF AND A SYSTEM THAT SUCKS!!
