Pumzu from City Bank contacted me today after I filed a complaint with his HR department.<br> <br> It was spell-ed out CLEARLY TO HIM THAT BECAUSE CITY BANK REFUSE TO ASSIST me with an accidental wrong payment that was to be refunded, as I was assured by him, after he explained he will send a e-mail with the standard document to confirm this to their City Bank account holder, to sign so they can proceed with recall and refund me. NOTHING HAPPENED. NOTHING AFTER N U M E R O U S CALLS-HE NEVER BOTHERED TO PHONE BACK OR FOLLOW UP. I ASSUME THIS WAS FILED IN THE GARBAGE BIN-my attorney could only proceed to resolve the matter after receiving PROOF OF THE E-MAIL HE PROMISED WAS SENT TO THE ACCOUNT HOLDER.<br> <br> Long story short there was NO E MAIL SEND-HE DID NOT FORWARD ME A COPY. THE TYPICAL PROBLEM IN SA THESE DAYS!!!!OF THE DAY-PEOPLE DO NOT GO TO THEIR OFFICE ANY MORE BECAUSE THEIR JOB IS THE PURPOSE REASON/PASSION....THEY GO THERE TO BE PRESENT ONLY.....to receive a paycheck end of the month. They make promises but do not deliver.<br> This is a speaking example.<br> When the evidence was requested he could not deliver becaus e he never contact the client and explained the situation. Shame on him!
