For 5 weeks now City Bank REFUSE TO ASSIST WITH A REFUND OF T H O U S A N D S!!! OF RANDS!!<br> Via internet banking payment on a touchscreen cellphone transaction we approached City bank to assist us with a refund of payment done into wrong account.<br> We have made NUMEROUS CALLS...SEND E MAILS...CITY BANK R E F U S E to assist us. Last excuse to stretch out the recund was asking ME the man in the street!!!! What is the name of the account holder of the account number.!!! I have NO ACCESS to their system-a system so insufficient it cannot connect with the name of a Mount holder when they punch in the acc number.<br> They haVe ABSOLUTELY NO I N T E R E S T to reply or get back to you.
