Citroen Tygervalley
Wow what bad customer service from Citroen Tygervalley. First I struggled to speak to somebody on 11 March due to apparent telephone problems at the branch. I eventually spoke to the manager who had be come in. My wife dribve a Citroen Cactus C4 of which the indicator light blow on the right side of the vehicle. I came in the afternoon and the mechanic took out the light and I was instructed to buy a new one that would be ordered from France on arrival that I can just bring the vehicle in and the light will be swopped. After more than a month I have heard nothing and had to follow up myself this morning, just to be told the part is already here at the branch. Now I have been informed that I have to pay R500 labor so that the light can be taken out and the new one replaced. The light was taken out under 1 minute in March when Neil at parts where explained you cannot just replace the bulb, but the whole light needs to be replaced.
I this how you do business? I was specifically told I will be informed if the part arrives and can then just bring in the vehicle for the quick light swop. Now they want me to Pay for something that you said will get done quickly.
