They double charged me. First they charges R134. Then after the trip they charged me again R161. The driver took another route than the scheduled route which made the trip cost more
Non existing service. Our return order should have been picked up yesterday, but the driver refused to take the order. Complaints was made to Takealot and they said the order would be collected today. Tbe order have not been collected. What service is this?? This is pathetic. Complaint got escalated but nothing happened. We still have the order which we logged a return for on Fridah last week.
Wow I went from one Clicks pharmacy to another with even wort customer service. Not only did the second clicks also failed to get my monthly prescription ready, they also gave me less than per my prescription. More than once. The one person behind the counter even asked me that if I am sure ghat I need to take 5 Fluoxintine tablets per day as 4 is enough and Psychiatrists just put more on prescription. I have been harassed by Vodacom the past few days regarding an Online application for a cellphone that i apparently made. I did not. The consultants phoning me do not want to provide information regarding the alleged application. I have tried contacting them through Customer Care and through TOBI, but with zero success. Who is committing ***** with my details- please let me know so that I can take action.
Wow, not supporting them again. Rather go up the street to Shell garage. Got stuck without my wallet today and a car on empty. Drove into dealership Engen La Rochelle to ask if I can make an EFT payment in order to throw in some petrol. The manager was like if Scan does not work you can fill out an IOU form and hopefully see me come back and pay. What bad customer service. Luckily for Shell a little further up the road. The owner was immediately like yes no problem. Do not support La Rochelle Engen as they do not cater for customer problems.
What a useless *********** Pharmacy Clicks is. I have a monthly prescription for Fluoxitine, Olanzapine and Clomipramine. Every month I go to Durbanville Clicks Deville centre they do not have my prescription ready. Every month different excuses. This month excuse was they thought I want to have the prescription run through the medical aid. I always pay cash for my prescription as far as possible. As supposed Pharmacists they should know what the medication is for. But they cause Anxiety every month. My cell number remains the same, yet I do not get sms confirmation it is ready. Watch out for Clicks Pharmacy.
WARNING Be careful of Makro and Makro Online. The service is pathetic. It is now almost 4 weeks when I received n Fan in a box previously opened and instructions missing and parts missing The only time Makro replies anything is when I go on Hellopeyer. At first it was n mission to have them fetch the Fan. Then they said they escalate the matter to the relevant Department. Last week they informed me they have send it for refund. Nothing have happened. My wife phoned earlier and they said the refund is pending. Absolute bull****.
The struggle continues. Bought a Fan online, it arrived in a box that was previously opened and with a 1 page instruction page, although you could see the staple holes where more pages was attached once. After complaining they came and fetch the fan. Since then nothing. We have been trying to speak to someone, but no reaction. You have my money and I have no fan. Be careful when dealing with Makro.
I bought a Online Fan only from Makro using my Ucounts. I received the box from the courier, and the box seemed to be opened already before. The instructions wass 1 page with the other pages gone. You could see their used to be more papers stapled together. All the parts was also not in the box. We logged a return call to makro. On the day they said they will pick up the fan they emailed requesting information and photos. Since then nothing further. What service is that??
Uber is pathetic. Forgot my keys in my last Uber car. Struggeling to get hold of the driver. Uber app is not user friendly and all that they say is give 24hours. It has been more than ****ing 24 hours. I need my keys. Help me to get in touch with the Uber driver.
