Dirt and Peeling Off in Window Tint
I sent my Mercedes-Benz E240 to them to have the windows tinted. A few days after the tint settled I found dirt in the window tint which causes bubbles. They seem to have a lot of excuses on why there is dirt in the window tint and refused to apply a new tint. They blamed the vehicle age and "welding" - my car is an original one owner vehicle with no accidents and welding! The tint also began peeling off at the corners of the windows. I have been in the Motor Industry for 20 years now and I appeal to the public to stay away from these guys.

Bad customer service
Go there at your own risk Bad quality and poor service. I Spent R9000 installing the radio but within 5 months the amplifier was not working, took the car back and they charged me R300 to recheck their radio, only to find out that the amps was faulty. They demanded R1300 to fit another amplifier . I will never set my foot or recommend anyone to go there.

Great sound and Excellent customer service
I called these guys and asked for a quote as im based in Northriding Jhb and they really assisted me quick and efficiently so i made a appointment to fit my sound system at their Pretoria shop. They are quiet reasonable and work professionally. Their staff are very friendly and always willing to assist and go an extra mile to help a customer. They also advise you on the best option for you to happy and at the same time have good quality sound. I highly recommend these guys anytime, excellent customer service. Thanks Reza and team for assisting and making me a happy customer. 🙌🙏😏

Bad customer service at City car sound & security Pretoria
What a bad customer service experience. I went in to fit a sound system into my car, had everything with me, was offered a woofer (R950) in a smaller box to save space in the NP200 and i took it. The job was done, i left when they were closing that saturday. The smaller woofer played a lousy sound and i opted to install my old woofer that same saturday. Went back on a monday to return the woofer in exchange for a smash and grab fitment (R850) without any change (R100) back. Was not given an invoice, there is no return policy anywhere on the premises, was told that it is used and they can only give me a value back of R300 on the woofer. I asked of the return policy, and he kept saying No refund and that they are a small business, that was irrelevant, i was not requesting a refund, was only exchanging the woofer for the smash and grab. At city car sound they have lost a customer and i urge all potential customers to go seek fitment centres with clear return policies and good customer service.
