Good day, I need urgent assistance as your incompetent ASAP call centre staff is useless. I just received my order and the milkshake is open which has messed the whole packet. I called the call centre and I've being transfered from agent to agent who keeps loading my profile and yet nothing is being done. I have wasted 40mins of my contract minutes who the hell is going to pay for that!!!! The service from your staff is pathetic!!
I called these guys and asked for a quote as im based in Northriding Jhb and they really assisted me quick and efficiently so i made a appointment to fit my sound system at their Pretoria shop. They are quiet reasonable and work professionally. Their staff are very friendly and always willing to assist and go an extra mile to help a customer. They also advise you on the best option for you to happy and at the same time have good quality sound. I highly recommend these guys anytime, excellent customer service. This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to!! They are always willing to help and have the most amazing service anyone could ask for. Worst service and worst internet connection. They cant even solve problems but rather hang up the calls on you.!!!
Still waiting for feedback as per my previous review, Rain staff is really incompetent. They cant fix or solve queries. They even cut the call on you once you question them because they are liars and don't have answers!!!
Good day Rain, I'm so ****ed off with the pathetic service from you guys, I have been having problem with the rain data service for a couple of months now. I called you guys for help and no one can assist but you guys are to quick to debit me yet your service and signal is terible... I have been having poor connection for a long time now and your technical guys said I shud reboot and put new settings etc but when they eventually checked the problem they confirmed that the 5G data doesn't work in the area, how is this possible because it said it supports 5G which means I was lied to??? from what I seen on your advertising 5G is supported in Gauteng. Basically iv been paying for a 5G router only to find out that the area is 4G enabled only yet I have been having so much signal issues but no one could see the problem until your technician Dennis advised me.!! And he did advise me that we can do a downgrade at no cost due to me having paying for a 5G all this time whilst the area isn't 5G and that I will be credited but to date he hasn't got back to me!!! Why must I pay for your service when you guys failed to provide a service to me and have charged me for a plan that doesn't work!!!!! I need urgent feedback in this matter!!

The service you get from them is pathetic, but they think they doing you a favor yet we pay them for a service.!! My car was repaired by a dealership last year for the complete engine, the dealership did the repairs and to date the car is still not right, but just after repairs I notified motorite an they advised that the dealership should provide a warranty on parts and workmanship but they are now when I email them they tell me it's between me and the dealership yet they are well aware the dealership doesn't want to repair the car and the dealership says they can't provide a warranty on parts or workmanship yet they have messed up my engine. I called motorite and asked if I take the car to another dealership to fix the problems whats the procedure an they advised that they can not cover the same parts again yet they are the ones who paid the dealership so they should rightfully communicate with the said dealership to fix my vehicle if they can't cover again. The service you get from motorite is really pathetic and they have a care a dam attitude towards us customers. My vehicle even went for a service and the plugs wanmsnt even changed yet the car engine was back firing but they refused to change the plugs then what's the use of a service plan?? I look forward to a urgent reply from motorite..!!
Good day I'm really disappointed in the pathetic service from Mtn. I have taken a additional data contract at Mtn Fourways with consultant Mpesh. This contract was not captured corrected since day one as the agent wasn't use to the Ilula system and incorrectly captured it, he cudnt even provide me a copy of the contract as he cudnt print it in the Ilula system.. It took 1 week for the contract to be submitted. And another few days for the sim to be activated.. Now the contract I took is a 40gig contract but the Gent captured it as a 10gig contract. Now the Mtn agents dint want to help or do anything and they want a contract yet I'm explaining to them that their agent messed the contract up and I Did not receive any contract as their mtn agent cudnt use the system n print it. This is the second month and they are devoting me full for it.. If this is not sorted I will cancel the debit and you can go ahead and cancel your stupid contract as you guys are not assisting me in anyway and the fault is on your side for incompetent staff who cudnt do it properly now I have to run in circles for yourlls mess up!!
I must say Linda yourlls service is pathetic, I order 2 items from Snatcher online on the 10th of March and till today nothing has been delivered!!!! I kept phoning you guys and wasting my airtime whilst you'll put me on hold to find out what's going on and you kept telling me the order will be dispatched soon!! Until today you guys can't provide a dam answer yet you have my money and are wasting my time!! I require feedback URGENTLY!!!!!!!
