POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I am so unhappy with the poor quality of services with this company that is an affiliate or in partnership with Mr Price home. First of all the, on the day of delivery the driver came to deliver my couch and decided soley that the couch will not be able to get to my room because the stairs are narrow, without trying he decided to leave with the couch without any resolution. I complained to Mr Price and informed them that I want it back because I bought it and I want it, they rescheduled another delivery date. It's been two weeks they are still not delivering the couch. I am highly frustrated !!! Yesterday they called to inform me that they will deliver it today, but I waited the whole day ! This shows the level of dishonesty and that they don't treat their customers with due skills and integrity. I will take a further action by cancelling the whole thing, since this company is just purely wasting my time.
