I won't lie I was mad at first but compared to Greyhound intercape is a better company bus. They attend to the calls efficiently even during festive season. I couldn't get the bus when I was traveling to Nelspruit because there are two sides of the Garage. I called and sent them a WhatsApp message. They told me that the bus left. So I left and got a taxi. The lady Roxanne gave me an email to send my complaint. 2 days later Intercape called and apologised about the experience and gave me a voucher for a return ticket. I am glad. I will be using Intercape from now onwards.
If I could give 0 star that would be accurate because this bus company doesn't deserve any star. From their poor service and scamming people. Engen garage (big bird midrand has two sides. My tickets was written north/south which means the driver was supposed to pass both side and get the people, but no he decided he will not pass the other side we were at. When I call them they make you wait 30 or more minutes to get through to someone who is rude and will not refund you. The incompetence is appalling for such a highly esteemed company your services are ****ty and disgusting.
The worst service ever. I paid for a product and selected the next day delivery, today it's the 3rd day and I still haven't received what I bought, how appalling!!
What a horrendous experience with MTN Benmore! A month ago I took a cellphone A52s on contract . A week ago I tried to perform a software update after a prompt message to do so. The update stopped while it was running and the phone turned blue. I went to your shop at Benmore and I was told to go to Samsung services at the Wedge shopping Centre in Morningside. I took it there using my petrol and time. They installed new software and after a day I fetched it and started using it, the screen started flickering without being touched, I turned it off and it locked me and requested a password. I entered the password, it however refuses to take it. Basically I have been without a cellphone for a week now which I am still paying. This is absolutely utter nonsense if you ask me, the fact that I can't use goods that I am paying for and wasting my money is totally disregarded. I took it to Samsung shop in Sandton City they told me that the software is terrible and I should go back to Samsung services at the Wedge in Morningside . This is a waste of my time, money and patience. Since I got the phone from MTN Benmore I decided to take it back there, the guy told me that they will return it as default goods and I should wait for a good two weeks to get it back. On a serious note, I can't be paying so much money for goods and services that I am not using. This is nonsensical. I am tired and I want to terminate these services. A guy named Lucas Mphela was very rude and he said with his chest that I cannot terminate the contract after I asked the terms of termination and he gave me a lot of ****py attitude. There is no contract that has no termination clause in South Africa. The runaround has been unpleasant and services unsatisfactory.

Refund my money please !!! I have not used your services after the trial I unsubscribed but now I have been debited unwarranted fees every month. This is clearly annoying. Your policy says if you don't find fees in my account you will automatically unsubscribe my account. I can't even cancel the plan now because it locked me not to and it says I should update my payment method after you have taken my money. Such terrible services !!! This is the first time in my renting life I receive such great services moving in to a flat. Tshidi and Cyrus from The Titan were really great, they absolutely know their job. Everything was organised properly and I successfully moved without any hassles. Thank you :)
Vodacom fibre is just an absurd service. I will never ever get it for my WiFi services. They decided to put my debit date as the 1st of every month when I requested it to be the 25th. Over the last 7 months they have been debiting me an extra R104 because they don't execute the request each month when I ask that they change the debit date to the 25th. Such ridiculous customer service. The agents are incompetent they can't even read account statements. I requested a cancelleation and that is still pending. Yesterday was the first but they didn't debit me and there was money in my account, but they decided to debit me today with an extra R100. What craziness is this. You're just a scam Vodacom fibre!! that's what you are. I want this thing cancelled with immediate effect !I am tired of your scamming tactics. I have asked to speak to the manager but he/she is so busy to attend to a customer.
Vodacom fibre has the worst customer service and your agents are so incompetent. When I initially applied for fibre installation I requested that my debit date be the 25th of every month, however, someone decided to make it the 1st of every month. It came to my attention now that I am being charged an extra amount when they don't find funds on the 1st. I requested for a change in debit date to the 25th, that service request was not executed. Just absolutely ridiculous, I end up having to pay extra amounts and this has had a negative impact to my credit score. I requested for a cancellation a month ago and that service request is still pending. I cannot get any form of reasonable help. This is just ridiculous.
This has been be the worst experience of my life with an Estate Agency by far. There is no consideration to Treating Customers Fairly and the Management of Boardwalk Heights just has zero capability in implementing processes that work and have the poorest communication. Misrepresentation and unfair treatment are their main venture and what they are good at. I was moved from a unit that I occupied last year November 2020 and was basically told by Dewald du Plooy that I have no other choice because the owner who bought it wants to move in. My lease has not expired, and I was basically threatened several times to move to another unit, this is by the way, not legally allowed because I was still serving my lease period as per my lease agreement. I eventually agreed because I was tired of the pestering and pressure. After the move they promised me that the movers will move everything and I won't need to touch anything and well, that did not happen. I had to work my but off collecting my things from one unit to another. This is not even the end of the story, after the whole debacle, at the end of April 2021 my rent did not get debited. The Dewald and Gift from Boardwalk Heights promised me in March 2021 during the move that everything will be taken care of as far as the transfer goes. After realizing that my rental was not debited, I sent an email and asked about that. Central development accounts told me that the unit that I currently stay at was bought by someone and accounts is no longer responsible for that. First of all, who is responsible for the transfer documents and ensuring that all is in place? There were supposed to link my account and make the transfer seamless and stress-less like the promised. They are rude and basically don't care about tenants. I am so fed up of this place and I cannot express just how disappointed I am of the poor management and miscommunication. My lease agreement was supposed to be amended on the day of the move, but I was just easily handed over to a new landlord without being given the chance to make an informed decision. The unit that I was moved from was never bought from the first place and I am just a toy, that they are toying around with. Very disappointing!!
