Unacceptable and shocking service or should I say NO service

City Couriers in partnership with Mr Price Sport, have had my parcel since 8 September 2022. I have been promised that it is on route to the store since Thursday, 15 September 2022. I have still not received my parcel. Absolutely unacceptable and shocking service with empty promises. A purchase that was a gift for Saturday, I had to face embarrassment of arriving at the celebration without the gift due to the incompetence of both Mr Price Sport and their useless courier City Couriers.
